a) Via Our Security Devices

  • Device information: model, serial number, network info (IP address), activity logs, firmware/configuration details, and location (for geofencing).
  • Environmental data: motion, door/window sensor alerts, smoke/CO/flood sensor readings.
  • Images & video: footage from CCTV cameras or video intercoms.

b) Via Our Products & Services

  • Account info: your name, email address, phone number, user-chosen password, and profile photo if provided.
  • Contacts you invite: names, emails, and numbers you share when granting access to family members or staff.
  • Device usage logs: requests from apps to our servers, alarm arming/disarming histories, notification preferences.
  • Location data: if you enable geofencing, to send you location-based arming/disarming reminders.
  • SMS codes: for Android users during registration or password reset.

c) From Website Visitors

  • Form submissions: any personal or contact details you enter (e.g., quote requests).
  • IP address: to infer your country and improve site performance.

3. Why We Need Your Data

  • To provide security services: processing device and usage data is necessary to fulfill our contract with you.
